Tech Support Notified
All Bizness Inc's systems have operations in code called try catch blocks.  The catch part of the code is only reached in rare circumstances where the customer has operated the system in an unusal manner.  When this issue arrises, the customer is notified on the screen that tech support has been contacted.  At that very same time an email is sent to tech support with the exact code error message so support personnel can easy track down the issue.   

Ticket Support Screens   For problem tracking, Bizness Inc's ticket support screens are built into many applications (like BizSAS and BizRAS) so the customer can track the issue.  These screens can also allow clients to enter their own issues that are not automatically sent by the system.
