5) Manage Inventory. Each product has reorder levels and in stock amounts. As sales are shipped, inventory items for those items sold are reduced. When an inventory item goes below its reorder threshold,then an alert is generated shown in the Alert screen described in section 2 above.

 

6) Sum up sales tax from all orders and track periodic payment submission to government agencies.

 

7) See Total Sales Reports (and 10 other Administration Reports) with Grouping and Report Filters. Reports can be emailed to your email id with no file attachments as Sales Report Grids are in the body of the email in standard html.   The report engine uses standard html writing the report inside the email so their are not file attachements making it user friendly to all virus scanning programs that often scrub off report attachments.  Html reports support on browsers and pocket PCs world wide alowing users to print off their reports at their local printer without the need of any other reporting software (no need for PDF Format)

 

8)  Post to external accounting systems along with sending an email to your designated accountant.  Track postings to match up systems.  Posting also notifes you on withdraws from your Emerchant (Paypal) account and their is a separate sales tax post that matches the timing of your sales tax submissions.  It provides XML or QuickBooks format files when posting to update your QuickBooks Accounting Software or to interface to other External Accounting Systems.
